Goa is the smallest state in India but it is the biggest place to travel. Mostly, foreigners are coming to India for visiting the city. I am writing this blog to provide basic information about the city and its beauty behind the number of visitors. People want peace in their life as well as enjoyment. Therefore, Goa is the best place to enjoy life including peace. This blog is based on my personal 10 years of experience as a traveller in the city. First thing in that, you can visit the city in the whole year but if you want to see better views and gatherings then you should visit the city between October to March. Besides, both December and January months are the peak of the season especially Christmas to New Year eve. Let’s visit goa by this blog.
Is Goa a Good Place to Visit?
I hope you will enjoy this concept as well. You can reach Goa by Air, Water and Road. You can book a train to visit the city as well. The best time to visit goa in 2022 is October to March. However, Goa is an all-time favourite of mine.
Goa Beaches
Goa is famous for its beaches and you can enjoy water sports in the city from October to March. However, water sports are running in all seasons but due to high tide; they do not continue. Goa beaches are famous for various things including cuisines and drinks. You can enjoy different types of food at the goa beaches; as most of the restaurants are situated near beaches. Both north goa and south goa are famous for beaches. These are a few of them:
Arambol Beach: You can experience Bohemian Culture at this beach and an open area to walk with your partner as well.
Morjim Beach – This is known as Little Russia because most of the Russian visitors are living near this beach.
Ashwem Beach: This is a wonderful beach that can provide a Peaceful Getaway.
Vagator Beach – It is known for Ferocious Red Cliffs. You can take better photographs at this beach.
Anjuna Beach – This is famous for Hues Of Sunsets.
Chapora Beach – You can see Beach Beauty At Its Best. Moreover, you can visit Chapora fort as well, which is a good place to visit near the beach.
Querim Beach – It is a good beach for sunbathing.
Mandrem Beach – It is known for Sunset Romance By The Beach.
Calangute Beach – This is my favourite beach because of its beauty. It is also known for its Absolute Beach Experience. You can visit the world-famous pubs Titto’s and Membo at this beach.
Relax and enjoy the view.
Baga Beach – It is a popular beach in north Goa, as there is a number of restaurants on this beach with live music and delicious food and drinks. You can enjoy water sports at this beach such as surfing, water skiing, and parasailing.
Candolim Beach – This is a wonderful beach in north goa that is famous for Wild Nights. There are many bars and restaurants for enjoying the nightlife in goa. Moreover, most of the five-star hotels are situated near this beach including the Taj.
Sinquerim Beach – This is a great combination of historical places and beaches. This is my favourite beach and I always visit this place whenever I was in Goa. Besides, it is known for Marvelous Shoreline.
Aguada Beach – It is famous for Exciting Landmarks, which provide different feelings.
Bambolim Beach – It is a different beach from all of them. It is not Your Usual One

Miramar Beach – This is a common beach in Panjim, which is famous for walking.
In the case of South Goa, there is a number of beaches are there but it is for peace and enjoys the natural beauty.
Colva Beach: Colva is a wonderful beach and it is known for A Candlelight Dinner.
Palolem Beach: It is known for Its Soul-Stirring Party. Mostly, honeymoon couples are spending their time with lots of love. Moreover, It is the most famous beach of South Goa.
Agonda Beach: It is known for Having Fun With Dolphins
Benaulim Beach: This is popular for water sports and Parasailing.
Bogmalo Beach: This is a world-famous beach for Goan Cuisine.
Betul Beach: It is known for The Lighthouse

Goa Festivals
Goa carnival is the world-famous event in the city as well as Sunburn. Both Sunburn and Goa festivals are attractions for travellers. Goa carnival will be celebrated between 13 Feb 2021 – 16 Feb 2021, which is an amazing experience of local Goan culture. Goa Carnival festival is all about dancing on the streets. It is a different festival in India that celebrates using vehicles festooned with flowers and feathers. Moreover, people’s faces were covered with masks. Besides, they are crowing of King Momo.
In 2021, the Sunburn festival will be organized from 27th to 29th December 2021 in the city. It is a world-famous event in Goa in which musicians and artists have participated with their talents. People are spending a large amount on tickets for the sunburn festival in the city. You can purchase a normal entry ticket for approx 9000 to 12000 rupees. and VIP tickets in 15000 to 20000 rupees.

Goa Churches
Goa is also famous for old churches, as Basilica of Bom Jesus, Se Cathedral, Church of Our Lady of the Mount, Church of Our Lady of the Mount, Church of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception, Church of St. Cajetan, Mae De Deus Church, and St. Diogo’s Church. All the churches are famous for their uniqueness and peaceful environment, as it is a place of God. So, You can feel spiritual at all the churches. Most of the churches are situated in Old Goa, which is approx 20 km from Panjim. You can spend your time at all these churches as well.

Goa NightLife
Goa is famous for dancing and drinking. Mostly, people are visiting goa for enjoying their life and reduce stress. There are many bars and pubs in Goa to enjoy the nightlife. I see most of the foreigners are enjoying their life at the nightclubs. You can visit Titoo’s, Membo, curles, Club Cabana, and many other restaurants and pubs for enjoying Goan cuisines and international brands as well. However, you can find Indian restaurants as well.
You can enjoy the Sunburn festival as it is famous for its nightlife. In addition to that, the Saturday night market is also famous at the international level. You can buy international products as well as enjoy live music as well. There is many other arrangements of food as well including Italian, Mexican, Russian, Chinese, Indian and special Goan cuisine.
Goa Adventures
Goa is the place where everyone is happy with their own world. It is the most beautiful city in India because of beaches and churches. There are so many adventures in the city in which you feel different including parcelling, water sports, banana rides, bumper, swimming in the sea, surfing, scuba diving, kayaking, and many others.
There are many waterfalls in the city, which can provide a better feeling such as DudhSagar. It is one of my favourite places since the first time Goa visited. You can play volleyball on the beach as well. Roads are so Preet with natural beauty, as there are many changes in Goa every year in a positive way. You can see high bridges in the city.
You can hire a car, scooter, bike, and other vehicles for travelling in Goa in an easy way and it requires just a copy of your license to the owner, as they are renting their vehicles. However, do not hire a personal number vehicle, as it is not allowed for visitors. Thus, you should rent a yellow plate vehicle.
Moreover, You can enjoy different types of drinks in the city, as their local Goan liquor is available in an easy way such as Caba, Fenny, and others. There is no tax on liquor and petrol. So, you can enjoy both things without any tension. However, you should be in discipline and do not cross any rules as well.

Goa Casinos
Moreover, You can enjoy the Casino life at Panjim, as there are so many ships, which are standing in Sea and used for casinos, such as Casino Pride, Deltin Royale Casino, Deltin Jack, Maharajah Casino by Big Daddy, Casino Carnival, Deltin Caravela Casino, and others. You can find all the casinos in Panjim and you can also enjoy the local ferry to the city. You can purchase passes as well as make them online as well. However, it is a wonderful experience in my life. This is a chance to improve your thoughts and lifestyle.

In conclusion, there are many places to visit in Goa, So, you should need 5-6 days to travel to Goa. However, you can visit goa in 3 days as well. Goa offers good vibes to enjoy life. But remember that exclude summer season as humanity level is high on those days. So, think about that and decide about your best trip. As I visited goa in every season and December and September are the most beautiful months to visit Goa. So, make a plan to visit Goa this season from October to February in 2021.
